Cooking is just as important as eating, and there are a number of Paleo foods that should not be cooked, as they are a bit too difficult to eat when cooked. Your best bet is to make your own salsa or any other cooking concoction on your own, without using any special equipment. Just put it in the microwave, and allow it to heat up a bit.
Eating raw nuts and seeds is a great idea if you’re a Paleo follower, and you may even want to add some olive oil to your food a bit, to prevent them from getting rancid. Olive oil is also great for use in other recipes, and you may find that it’s really great for salads. You may want to look into some recipes for salads that include some of these foods as ingredients, and you can even make them yourself.

It’s great food, that you’ll find that your whole family enjoys, and your children won’t have to struggle with obesity anymore.

You can do all the Paleo recipes in the books, but it’s really up to you if you want to experiment with new methods of cooking and find new Paleo recipes. If you do, it’s a great idea to set up a list of things you’re going to try, and see how they taste.
Another suggestion for you to try would be to think about what meats you would like to eat that aren’t necessarily Paleo. The benefits of Paleo are that you don’t have to be limited to the red meat that is traditional. Rather, you can serve them in a variety of ways, and get all the benefits from the foods without having to cut them out entirely.
